Did you just have a baby, or have a toddler, preschooler, a child with special needs or older children at home and feel totally overwhelmed and/or anxious? Is being a parent a lot harder than you expected? I agree, it is the hardest thing I’ve ever done! I love partnering with parents to help them feel more joy and calm in their parenting journey. I have experience and am passionate about working with postpartum parents as well as those with young children (biological, foster, and adoptive). I also love working with children off all ages (provided they are okay doing virtual therapy). I provide therapy virtually and utilize the Headway platform. I am licensed in Colorado, New Mexico and Florida. I accept insurance or private pay.

Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for those pursuing their LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). I have held my LCSW since 2011. Specialties include: infant and early childhood mental health, perinatal mental health, parent-child therapies, and children’s mental health. I have extensive knowledge of Child Protective Services, the school system and IEP’s, Early Intervention, Children’s hospitals, community mental health, home visiting, and private practice. I provide Reflective Supervision towards Infant and/or Early Childhood Mental Health endorsement. I am endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Mentor (Clinical). I can provide either individual or group supervision.

Individual supervision rate: $75 per hour Group supervision rate: $40 per person for 1.5 hours

NeuroSomatic Flow™

What is NeuroSomatic Flow™ (NSF)? Crafted by a neuroscientist from Penn State’s College of Medicine, NSF is a unique, somatic healing modality based on creating new ways of being through new patterns of moving. In these individual or group sessions we will be utilizing poi. Poi is considered a “flow art.” The “flow arts” is a rapidly emerging field proving to be one of the most powerful transformative and healing somatic practices. Participants will learn simple poi moves that they can expand on, learning how to utilize poi as a therapeutic tool. The goal is to help individuals learn about the fundamentals of neuroscience and flow movement while having fun!

I am currently offering this class in a group capacity, and will be adding 1 on 1 coaching in NSF in the summer of 2025. I can offer this as a one time class, a series, by itself (NSF only), or combined with Sound Healing. I will come to your site within the Boulder/Denver area of Colorado. Poi is provided and I will have poi for purchase if interested.

Group class rate (up to 25 participants): 1 class: $250 for 1.5 hour class, 3 class series: $650 for three 1.5 hour classes, 1 class combined with Sound Healing (facilitated by a certified Sound Healer): $500 for 2.5 hours
